We’ve been coming here as a family for years, and every visit is consistently excellent. The staff always greet us by name and make my two daughters feel at ease from the moment we walk in. They’re warm, patient, and genuinely wonderful with children they take the time to explain each step in a way that makes the girls comfortable and even excited about their checkups. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such personal care. We’re grateful to have them as our family optometrist.

This place was great. Both appointments were really fast and the employees are so pleasant. I felt like every employee we interacted with liked being at their job and made it a point to make our day pleasant. I highly recommend and will be using River Place Vision Center in the future.

Dr. Smith has a great bedside manner. He’s very kind and caring and is extremely thorough as well. Also, the office can get you seen quickly, and for emergencies the doctor will to make sure you’re well taken care of and make special exceptions to get you seen frequently and make special exceptions. I came in for an eye issue and they accommodated me to get me in right away and gave me quick help in-office. I then came back a few weeks later for a regular eye exam and was treated very well by the staff. They went above and beyond to help me out in picking some great frames and giving me advice. Dr. Smith and his staff are fantastic! Open late, so easy to find an apt. Has invested in modern testing technology and equipment. Knowledgeable about supplements to help prevent macular degeneration And also knowledgeable about your neurological diagnoses that can impact vision as well.
